Lake Oconee Academy defends its state title against Clinch County, which hasn't won it all since 1993.

The four Class 7A semifinal games has produced two intriguing games for state championship week in Macon. 

Basketball coverage is back at Georgia Public Broadcasting. After 6 seasons, GPB Sports will once again air the boys, girls, and adapted sports GHSA Championship games across all classifications. The coverage also includes 3-point contests and a boys slam dunk competition. All games will take place March 8-11 at the Macon Centreplex in Macon, GA.

When you look at the Top 80 girls high school basketball players in the country, there are 29 states represented in that set of rankings. The state of Georgia has made its mark with three separate schools: Carver-Atlanta, Wesleyan and Lovejoy.

It is going to be a terrific three days of GHSA championship basketball this March 3-4-5 at the Macon Coliseum, and GPB Sports will be there to bring you all the action. There are a ton of story lines going right now.

Jonesboro will be seeking its third straight GHSA AAAA Boys State Championship Thursday night when the Cardinals play the Liberty County Panthers at 8:45 p.m. ET on GPB.
