There's a lot of buzz about our next live exploration! In collaboration with the University of Georgia, GPB Education will be live streaming from the State Botanical Garden of Georgia in Athens on May 9th at 10 AM ET. During this half-hour live program, learn about the role pollinators play in our environment, their life cycles, and how pollinators impact our daily lives.
This event will include interactive elements, such as polls and experts who will be available to answer students' questions. Use the hashtag #PollinatorsLive to participate in the conversation.
Georgia Pollinators Live Exploration will be available on demand online after May 9th with supplemental classroom resources for grades K-12. This program will be televised on GPB-TV and live streamed on gpb.org/pollinators.

Each workshop uses episodes from the Emmy Award-winning documentary series The Future of America’s Past to model how teachers can develop learning resources to increase student media literacy and critical thinking skills through digital humanities projects that feature primary source / archival materials.
