Georgia House Speaker David Ralston filed House Bill 1013 on Wednesday. During a morning press conference, he said the bill represents input from the Georgia Behavioral Health Reform and Innovation Commission, formed by Gov. Brian Kemp in 2019.

Friday on Political Rewind: House Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) joined the show to discuss a recent visit with Republican leaders in Congress and speculation he is considering a run for the U.S. Senate in 2022.
