Florida's 30A Songwriters Festival celebrates 15 years of national headliners — and Georgia roots

The annual music gathering at venues along the beaches of Walton County in Florida's panhandle was co-founded by Atlanta artist manager Russell Carter and this year features headliners including Elvis Costello, Rosanne Cash and Jeff Tweedy as well as Georgia favorites Shawn Mullins, David Lowery, David Ryan Harris, John Driscoll Hopkins and more.
