According to a national survey conducted by CareerBuilder.com, 37% of workers in South say they've put on weight at their current job. So, what is the solution that could not only make your employees healthy, more productive and decrease healthcare costs? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) say it's their new free program, Work @ Health.

Atlanta is among the four cities chosen nationally to participate in this program. The CDC will give small-medium businesses training and funding up to $5,000 to start their own workplace wellness program for their employees. With many Atlanta companies already signed up, Work @ Health will teach employers how to reduce healthcare costs and increase productivity at work.

This program launches May 6 & 7 and will make up to $675,000 total available to Atlanta area businesses.
