Working from home reduces travel time, costs, and allows for flexible hours.  But which careers allow for teleworking?

There are six careers that allow the flexibility of working remotely and telecommuting which allow for a median salary of $40,000 a year or more, according to Andrea Duchon of Yahoo! Education. Due to the Web, working virtually is becoming a much more common practice and offers the convenience of saving time and money rather than commuting into an office.
