Goodwill Week is May 6-11

The Newnan Goodwill Career Center celebrates “Goodwill Week”, May 6-11, with a series of events all aimed at helping people find jobs.

According to a story at the Tmes-Herald.com, "This year, we plan to strengthen the community by providing a convenient, free opportunity for employment exploration through the week," said Stephanie Glenn, manager of the Newnan Career Center, located inside the Newnan Goodwill store at 228 Bullsboro Drive.

Events for Goodwill Week:

Monday – Industrial Staffing Job Fair 11am to 2pm

Tuesday – Free training to Overcome Barriers to Employment with a “Not So Hot” Background

Wednesday – Allegiance Staffing Job Fair 9am to Noon

Thursday – Free Education Fair 10am to 2pm

Monday thru Thursday – Free Virtual Career Fair
