Pattillo

One of America's largest industrial developers has chosen Bartow County for its next major project. Pattillo Industrial Real Estate has created more than 1000 Industrial projects across the United States, including Georgia based developments in Coweta and Jackson counties.

The just announced Bartow County development, located near I-75 about 40 miles northwest of Atlanta, could potentially house up to 1.6 million square feet of industrial space. This would make it one of the largest industrial developments in Georgia.
