I went to the Henry County Academy For Advanced Studies to find out how it's helping fuel the state's future workforce. I spoke with CEO John Uesseler to get more insight into how the school operates and what makes it so good.
This is a truly unique place that is on the cutting edge of how many of our schools should look at the skilled trades. Props to the Henry County Board of Education and other partners who helped make this happen.

This is a very cool place doing very cool work serving the local community. With dual enrollment options allowing students to move on when ready, coupled with hands-on learning in manufacturing, welding, automotive tech, and other skilled trades, the future is now for Henry County.
