Free teacher resources help students explore a healthy recipe during October Farm to School Month. Farm to School Month encourages students to try new foods and get excited about fruits and vegetables. 

Educators can engage students in dynamic activities, help them delve into careers surrounding exercise and recreation, as well as pursue aspects of better eating, health, and awareness of how all this affects their lives.

In 2014 I was on a school level team that was attempting to understand and install best practices on a school level. We noticed that there was a correlation between economically disadvantaged students, behavior, and learning disabilities.

I have seen a lot of people forgo their lunch whether they are college students rushing to classes, people trying to lose weight, or employees trying to get through piles of paperwork (only to receive even more of them).
