Teaching a man to fish feeds him for a lifetime, so the saying goes. That’s the driving factor behind the Morgan Works Certification Program in Morgan County, Georgia, where adults are certified in OSHA safety courses as well as taught entry-level manufacturing skills to make them marketable to employers in the area.

Derrick Clark is one Georgia citizen who’s taken advantage of this program. After being unemployed and looking for work, Clark went through the certification program put on by the Morgan County Family Connection group.
