We have finally made it to the 2011 Basketball Finals and, on behalf of GPB, we want to send a special congratulations and good luck to today’s participants.
The Newton Rams defeated Jenkins-Savannah 46-38 in a second-round matchup Wednesday night. The game started out great for Jenkins as it grabbed a 5-0 lead at the outset behind an early three-point play by Anthony Lanier.
This weekend was filled to the brim with scientific fun at the Tellus Science Museum for Family Science Night, where Curious George was monkeying around the planetarium plus the two day Ultimate Family and Parenting Expo of Parentpoolza hosted by Slangman at the Cobb Galleria Centre.

Buford High School was established in 1948 and is home to the Wolves. This school was voted one of America’s Best High Schools in 2010 by Newsweek Magazine, so obviously academics in a top priority on this beautiful campus.
