New organic meat regulations are coming in May. The USDA will be less strict on how animals are raised, fed and transported. We looked at what this means for Georgia’s massive poultry industry.

We were joined by Maryn McKenna, author of "Big Chicken." The book looks at the modern, industrialized poultry industry and how it affects your health. Will Harris, rancher and owner of White Oak Pastures, also weighed in. His farm is an organic meat farm located in south Georgia.
