On this edition of Political Rewind, we're looking at the headlines coming out of the General Assembly. The House overwhelmingly approves a bipartisan resolution that asks Congress to pass a law allowing medical marijuana research. This comes during a session in which other bills seeking to broaden the medical marijuana statute in Georgia have failed. Plus, we discuss the latest in the “distracted driving” bill. In other news, the President authorizes sanctions against Russians identified by Robert Mueller as interfering in the 2016 elections while Muller goes after the Trump organization's business relations in Russia. Also, was adult film star Stormy Daniels physically threatened to keep her from going public about her alleged affair with President Trump?
