On National Signing Day, an incredible 24 players signed letters of intent to play at the next level. Kiel Pollard one of the top wide receivers and athletes in the state had a last minute change of heart- de-committing from Arkansas and signing with South Carolina, while Linebacker Dee Walker decided to head to Fayetteville to play for the Razorbacks. Ja’Quain Blakely is going to Tennessee, Shawn Bonner the big tight end is heading to Indiana, and quarterback Chase Parish is going to the Naval Academy. Four players are going to play at Georgia Southern, Ty Lee, Rakeem Hightower, Louis Martinez, and Ty Phillips.
