GHSA 6A Final: Norcross vs. North Gwinnett Football Fridays in Georgia
Norcross rallied from a 14-0 deficit with 31 unanswered points to beat Region 7 6-A rival North Gwinnett 31-14 to claim back-to-back state championships. The Bulldogs jumped out to a quick lead on two Hayden Sphire TD passes. Then Myles Autry’s 92-yard kickoff return changed the game’s momentum in favor of the Blue Devils. Autry also caught a 64-yard scoring pass from Norcross QB A.J. Bush.
