GHSA 1A Public Final: ECI vs. Dooly County Football Fridays in Georgia
Greg Purcell gained 142 yards on 25 carries, running 50 yards on one of his three TD’s, as ECI won the Class A public state championship with a 47-7 rout of Dooly County. James Brown rushed for 135 yards, had a 26-yard TD run, caught a pass for a 53-yard score and returned an interception 48 yards to set up a TD for ECI. The Bulldogs rolled up 353 yards rushing.
