Chemistry 1401: Electrochemistry
Chemistry 1401: Electrochemistry Chemistry & Physics
Electrochemistry: Electrochemistry, oxidation, reduction, and redox reactions are defined, and students learn to assign oxidation numbers to elements in a reaction. Students learn to identify the substance that is oxidized and the substance that is reduced in an oxidation-reduction reaction. Three types of oxidation-reduction reactions are described.
About the Program
Chemistry & Physics
Chemistry & Physics consists of two series teaching high school college preparatory chemistry and physics. Chemistry: A Study of Matter and Physics Fundamentals provides instructional content delivered through thirty-minute episodes and integrated classroom materials. Episodes provide content while and engage students in discussions, problem-solving, and laboratory activities.
