Here's the recipe for the Pineapple Mango Guacamole that Jackie Brittain made with our Gridiron Chef Kelsey Guziel.

Pineapple Mango Guacamole

serving size: 2-3 people

2 ripe avocados (medium)

1/2 cup mango (medium dice)

1/2 cup pineapple (fresh, preferred, medium dice)

1/3 cup cilantro (rough chop)

1/3 cup red onion, (small dice)

1/8 cup jalapeño (fine dice)

juice from 1/2 lime

1 tsp. of guajillo pepper powder

salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to a chunky consistency. Served with blue corn tortilla chips. Enjoy!
