Today on Political Rewind, a Georgia law allowing companies to grow and sell medical marijuana has been in effect for six months. However, implementation has stalled because state leaders have failed to appoint a board tasked with awarding marijuana growing and selling contracts. Our panel will discuss the slowdown.

For decades, political pundits have viewed Ohio as a must-win battleground in the race to the White House. Now, Georgia Democrats say the Peach State could soon win that mantle.

"The fact of the matter is if you have a lot of resources, it can shape elections," Democratic strategist and Rome City Commissioner Wendy Davis said. "Ohio is not just in some vacuum… We are now at the point where Georgia is now in play.”
