On The Credits, we’ve talked to many people who dedicate their lives to Georgia's film and television industry, but what about the next generation of filmmakers? Host Kalena Boller visited the Savannah College of Art and Design to find out how the university is teaching cultural changes in the film industry. She also visited the set of a student produced sitcom called G.R.I.T.S., which is short for Girls Raised in the South.

One of the SCAD students on the G.R.I.T.S. set was Cori Graves, who has her sights set on directing. When she’s not on campus, she's often working on professional productions in the Savannah area. One of her latest projects was as a production assistant on the Hulu series, The Act. Cori said Georgia’s film industry is becoming more diverse behind the scenes.
