Today on “Political Rewind,” President Trump signs the Russian sanctions bill, but gripes that parts of it are "clearly unconstitutional." What are his reservations?

Also on the show today: a New York Times report says the old debate over affirmative action may be back as relates to college admissions; Georgia Sen. David Perdue is pushing a new bill to slash legal immigration; and Atlanta attorney Chris Wray is confirmed as new FBI director.

In Georgia politics, state lawmakers are poised to make a move on Medicaid expansion while a national bill remains stalled.
