Today on “Political Rewind,” a debatable debate schedule! Announcements that Jon Ossoff and Karen Handel would meet for a total of FOUR debates were apparently premature.

The neck-and-neck candidates are still determining when and where they will meet to square off ahead of the 6th District vote on June 20. We are told that they will meet Tuesday and Thursday to make their respective cases.

The 2018 race for Georgia governor gets another Democratic contender: Minority Leader State Rep. Stacey Abrams announced her candidacy over the weekend.

London is targeted yet again by Islamic extremists, the third such attack in the UK in the past three months. In the midst of the drama over the weekend, President Donald Trump once again weighed in on Twitter and the reaction is decidedly mixed, especially as Trump criticizes London Mayor Sadiq Khan. The events over this past weekend put Trump's travel ban in the spotlight again, evoking robust conversation.
