Georgia is not particularly welcoming to the craft beer industry. In fact, our state ranks 48th for number of breweries per capita. Yet, a new one will open its doors next year. When it does, the Oconee Brewing Company will pour its beer into cans instead of bottles. We talked with Taylor Lamm, one of the owners of the new brewery, about why it makes more sense to store beer in cans. Also, as part of our “Break It Down” series, we explain what the term “craft beer” actually means.
