Actor Jack McBrayer, who grew up in Macon, will be presenting "Fried Green Tomatoes" at the Atlanta Film Festival.

This year’s Atlanta Film Festival will celebrate its 40th anniversary by marking another anniversary.  It’s been 25 years since the release of the film “Fried Green Tomatoes” and there  is a special screening of the movie this weekend.  Who better to introduce it than a true Georgian? Actor Jack McBrayer grew up in Macon before making it big on NBC’s “30 Rock” as Kenneth the page. He’ll present at this weekend’s anniversary event on Sunday, April 3 at 12pm at the Plaza Theatre. He talks to us about his memories of the film and his experiences as a Southerner in Hollywood.
