Troup Tigers safety Noah Dixon will be changing his stripes from blue and gold to orange and purple next season. The senior committed to Clemson this past January and plans to early enroll shortly after his high school football career ends later this year.

Dixon is listed as a 4-star safety, but he plays on both sides of the ball for Troup and has even lined up as a tight end. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect is the No. 23 safety in the country and No. 32 overall player in the state, according to the 247Sports Composite.

Aside from football, family and academics are also very important to Dixon. He’s a 4.0 student and is still figuring out what he wants to major in.
