North Gwinnett defensive lineman Kayden McDonald has set his commitment date for Halloween 2022. He has finally narrowed it down to his top four schools which will either be tricked or treated on October 31: Clemson, Florida, Michigan and Ohio State.

The 6-foot-3, 310-pound senior is the No. 44 defensive lineman in the country and No. 27 player in the state, according to the 247Sports Composite. The 247 Crystal Ball Predictions, along with many other sports entities, have him projected to pick the Tigers.

McDonald was named the 2021 GPB Sports Defensive Player of the Year after totaling 20 sacks, 92 tackles and 62 tackles for loss. He was also named Touchdown Club of Gwinnett’s Player of the Year.
