Grill Master Steven Raichlen and the History of Barbecue
It was a smoking afternoon at GPB headquarters in Atlanta last Saturday when we welcomed author, journalist, lecturer, and TV host, Steven Raichlen into the studio.
Raichlen’s 32 books include the international blockbusters How to Grill and The Barbecue Bible, as well as the New York Times bestselling Planet Barbecue and Project Smoke. The GPB audience was thrilled to meet the man who launched the barbecue revolution and hear directly from him about the history of barbecue, methods and techniques. An extra special treat was having Big Green Egg on hand to demo and share tasty samples!
