Back at the kitchen, Milk Street Cook Lynn Clark shows us how to make Black-Eyed Pea and Sweet Potato Stew (Ndambe), and later Milk Street Cook Catherine Smart teaches us how to make a Senegalese dessert, Mango and Coconut Rice Pudding.
