Lidia’s cantina (cellar) has evolved into a pantry, and in this episode she will prepare pantry friendly dishes. Recipes include: Cannellini and Pancetta Bruschetta – a combination of toasty bread, cannellini beans and pork pancetta and Tuna and Chickpea Salad, a hearty pantry salad that is simple to make and delicious to eat.
