Neal Kaltenecker of the GA Council on Substance Abuse and Dr. Brian Dew of Georgia State talk about the reason for the rise and treatment options. Then we talk to Rep. Sharon Cooper and Justin Leef who have worked to craft legislation to prevent overdose deaths.
