Atlanta native Joycelyn Savage says she is is engaged to be married to R&B singer R. Kelly who was sentenced to 30 years in prison last month.

Georgia is one of the last states to roll out the electronic benefits program for the Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women Infants and Children.
