Georgia Public Broadcasting viewers have another option to watch their favorite shows with the launch of the GPB Now App on Roku today.

GPB Now offers viewers the chance to see popular GPB programs including “Georgia Outdoors,” and “Georgia Traveler,” plus public media favorites like “Downton Abbey,” “Antiques Roadshow” and more. GPB Now also offers digital exclusive content like “Chef Steps” and “Austin City Limits” that are not available as part of GPB’s broadcast schedule. Additionally, podcasts for GPB Radio programs including “On Second Thought,” “Political Rewind” and “Two Way Street” are also available through the GPB Now App.

GPB Now is also currently available for Apple TV at the iTunes store, and it marks the second app the company has developed for both Roku and Apple TVs. Earlier this year, GPB launched GPB Kids Now, which features trusted PBS Kids favorites like “Arthur,” “Curious George,” “Dinosaur Train,” “Super Why!” and “Splash and Bubbles” that help prepare young children for success in school by teaching reading, math and social skills.

Other GPB apps include GPB Education, GPB Sports: Football, GPB Atlanta, GPB Macon, GPB Savannah and GPB Georgia. For more information on GPB apps and instructions on how to download them, visit gpb.org/apps.
