Prosecutors opened an investigation into culpable shipwreck and multiple manslaughter after a yacht capsized off the coast of Sicily, killing seven people onboard. No suspect is currently identified.

The search continued for one more missing passenger on a yacht that sank off Sicily and questions intensified about why the vessel went down so quickly when a nearby sailboat remained largely unscathed.

Rescue teams were returning to the site of a sunken yacht off Sicily on Tuesday to search for six people, including British tech magnate Mike Lynch, who are believed to be still trapped in the hull.

The pod rammed the boat's rudder for about 45 minutes. Authorities were able to get crew members to land safely, but their yacht was irreparably damaged.
