This image shows Capt. John Sax, one of five U.S. Marines killed in 2022 when their MV-22B Osprey crashed in California. Over the last two years, four Osprey crashes have killed a total of 20 service members. On Wednesday, June 12, 2024, the House subcommittee on National Security, the Border and Foreign Affairs will hold a hearing into the Osprey's safety record and Pentagon management of the program.
