The Carter Center and the United States Postal Service issued the Jimmy Carter Forever stamp in Atlanta on Wednesday on what would have been the late president's 101st birthday.
The Jimmy Carter National Historical Park in Plains, Ga. hosted the US Postal Service for the reveal of the President Jimmy Carter Forever stamp, kicking off a weekend that also included events honoring former first lady Rosalynn Carter.
Customs and Border Protection agents in Chicago seized nearly 162,000 counterfeit U.S. Forever stamps this past week which the agency said were shipped from China.
