Kentucky voters have rejected an amendment that would have said the state constitution contains no right to an abortion. Earlier, people rallied on the steps of the Kentucky State Capitol in Frankfort to encourage voters to vote yes on Amendment 2, which failed.

Over 1K absentee ballots never mailed to some Georgia voters

A Georgia county's election official has admitted failing to mail more than 1,000 absentee ballots to voters who asked for them. Most of the Cobb County voters who weren't sent their ballots will now have to vote in person on Election Day if they want to vote.

An Associated Press survey of state election officials across the U.S. found that the expanded use of drop boxes for mailed ballots during the 2020 election didn't lead to any widespread problems. That's contrary to claims made by former President Donald Trump and his allies, who have intensely criticized their use and falsely claimed they opened the door to fraud.

It May Be Too Late To Mail Back Your Ballot. Election Officials Stress Other Options

Election experts say there is no longer enough time to ensure ballots sent through the mail will be delivered in time. They're encouraging voters to deliver their ballots by hand or vote in person.
