Groups opposing the construction of a new police training center have filed a referendum with the City of Atlanta that could stop construction of the controversial facility.

A new study from the non-partisan Center for Election Innovation and Research indicates Georgia’s voter registration numbers have climbed since automatic voter registration was implemented.
