The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is deciding whether to uphold a lower court ruling that found a conservative voting organization did not violate the Voting Rights Act when it challenged hundreds of thousands of Georgia voter registrations in 2021.

The Georgia Supreme Court heard arguments Tuesday in a case out of Augusta that could change how public housing landlords are held accountable.
