Federal climate scientists are forecasting eight to 13 named storms for this year's Atlantic hurricane season, setting a new record.

The White House is committing $75 million to help build a plant east of Atlanta that will make components used in semi-conductors.

Federal funding is coming to Georgia to address maternal mortality rates through programs in Marietta, Macon, Dublin and Atlanta.
