Gov. Brian Kemp speaks to reporters after signing the amended fiscal year 2023 budget in early March.
Governor Brian Kemp signed into law today a bill for Georgia to collect sales taxes on digital downloads, like books and movies.
He also put his signature to a dozen new health care laws, including one to create a state-run health insurance exchange.
One of the state's largest health care providers, Emory University, named Joon Sup Lee the next CEO of Emory Healthcare.
