The Georgia Supreme Court heard arguments in a case that questions the constitutionality of Georgia’s six-week abortion ban.

Officials are looking into the events that led up to a teenager being left at a Brunswick hospital after an alleged "hazing incident."

The state House has given final passage to a bill born out of lawmakers' frustrations with the issue of homelessness in Georgia.
