Prosecutors in Atlanta's Fulton County have seated a 26-member special grand jury to investigate whether former President Donald Trump illegally tried to influence the 2020 election in Georgia.

Governor Brian Kemp defended his record in office so far against Republican primary challengers in a debate yesterday.

Early voting began today across the state for the May 24th primary. Registered voters may cast early ballots until May 20th.
