Heather Henley, editor of Do Savannah, and Bill Dawers, Savannah Morning News columnist and editor of Hissing Lawns, offer up some chances for (spooky) fun in the Savannah area this weekend.

Bill’s picks:

-Check out the latest from Savannah’s own string band the Accomplices with their EP release party Friday at the Georgia State Railroad Museum Roundhouse. Along with live music from the Accomplices and opening act Dangermuffin, enjoy catered food and the museum’s covered outdoor setting - and be sure to pick up your goody bag on the way out. Friday, 7:30 p.m.; $20 in advance, $25 at the door, $15 ages 15 and younger.

-It’s your last chance to catch Collective Face Theatre Ensemble’s production of “Kiss of the Spider Woman” at Muse Arts Warehouse. The musical shows the story of a gay man serving time in a Latin American prison for having sex with a minor who escapes the horrors around him by living in a fantasy world of 1940s Hollywood. Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m., Sunday, 3 p.m.; $20 general admission, $15 students, seniors, military.

-Enjoy one of the spookiest plays around with Savannah Stage Company’s “Legend of Sleepy Hollow” at Ampersand, running all month. Six actors perform the classic tale of Ichabod Crane, his clash with a jealous rival and the legendary headless horseman. Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m., Sunday, 2 p.m.; $15 or pay what you can.

-Mark the end of Savannah’s Geekend with a free concert at the bar celebrating all things geek. The after party at the Chromatic Dragon is free and open to the public. It features the quirky, fun sounds of Savannah Stopover alumni French Horn Rebellion. Saturday, 8-11 p.m.; free.

Heather’s picks:

-Celebrate Andy Warhol - and learn to make your own Warhol-style prints - at Art Rise Savannah’s Nonfiction Gallery on Friday. First, take a lesson in printmaking from former Warhol master printer Michael Enns. Then party Factory-style at Art Rise’s fundraiser that evening. And be sure to snag a raffle ticket, $10, for your chance to win a Warhol-style portrait of yourself. Printmaking demonstration Friday, 2-4 p.m.; free. Party Friday, 7-11 p.m.; $47.99.

-Get into the Halloween spirit with the Savannah Philharmonic’s performance Friday at the Lucas Theatre. The orchestra will perform spooky classics - from Danse Macabre to Psycho to Harry Potter. And the Philharmonic isn’t announcing the full bill - you’ll have to attend the concert for some scary surprises. Friday, 7:30-9 p.m.; $16-75.

-Continue the Halloween festivities at the Lucas on Saturday with the Graveface Fright Fest, a horror film festival featuring six scary classics. The lineup includes such gems as “Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors” and “Return of the Living Dead.” And if you’re into the Graveface vibe, also be sure to check out their anniversary party the previous night. Party Friday, 6 p.m.; free. Film festival Saturday, 4 p.m.-2 a.m. Sunday; $21 in advance, $26 at the door.
