A grand jury report on a corruption case implicating DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis recommends that other county officials also be targeted for investigation.

The report recommends that a former county CEO should be investigated for allegations of bid rigging and theft, and that a former public safety director should be investigated for obstructing a criminal investigation.

Grand jurors also said one of Ellis' advisers and campaign managers should be investigated for interfering with contracts and bid rigging. The report also names Ellis' former chief of staff, several watershed department employees and private contractors who did business with the county.

Ellis is accused of pressuring vendors for campaign contributions. His attorneys have said he's not guilty of any wrongdoing.
