Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice is expected to speak to more than 4,000 students and other guests at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro this evening.

University officials say, Rice will talk about the rewards and pressures of leadership in a speech that is free to the public but that will cost the college $203,000.

University officials say, Rice's visit is being paid from Student Activity Fees, which are paid by all students and directed by a student body.

America's former chief diplomat is now a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution and a professor at Stanford University.
