Kelin Johnson, GPB Sports "Football Fridays in Georgia" color analyst, grew up in Mainland, Florida, where his football playing days got their start. Kelin spent all four high school years as a starter at both the defensive back and quarterback positions. Impressive performances led to defensive MVP honors and his being named to the Florida Sports Writers Association's Class AAAAA First Team.

A successful high school football career segued into a spot on the Bulldogs football roster at the University of Georgia. While completing a degree in Speech Communications, Kelin earned recognition as a four-year letterman at the free safety position. He was the defensive team captain throughout his senior season and was named to the American Football Coaches Association Good Works Team, due to his active involvement in the community.

An NFL career followed his days with the "Dawgs," as Kelin spent two years in the league with the Seattle Seahawks and the Baltimore Ravens.

Kelin currently works both as a motivational speaker and a sports broadcaster on both radio and television with ABC, CBS, Fox Sports, CSS, Atlanta's 680 The Fan sports radio station and GPB!

Kelin is excited to be the newest member of the GPB Sports team, providing in-game color analysis all football season long on GPB's "Football Fridays in Georgia!"
