This premiere screening of Acts of Reparation will be followed by a Q&A with filmmakers Selina Lewis Davidson and Mackey Alston. This is part of a Family History Day celebration presented by the Greene County African American Museum.
The Georgia Council on Literacy partnered with Georgia Reads Coach Malcolm Mitchell, the Share the Magic Foundation, and GPB for a Georgia Reads Day "Reading Rally" on September 30, 2024 at the College Football Hall of Fame. Malcolm Mitchell, former UGA football star and Superbowl champion, led the rally to engage thousands of students across Georgia in reading activities. You can watch the entire program below.
