Dr. Dale Strasser is a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at Emory Hospital in Atlanta. He is distinguished for his work on post-polio syndrome.

Strasser has treated many polio survivors over the years, including his longtime friend, Shirley Duhart-Green. Strasser asks her to talk about some of her experiences having survived polio from the age of two and a half.

Both Strasser and Duhart-Green are members of a local support group, Atlanta Post-Polio Association.
