Gov. Brian Kemp signed a $36 billion budget Tuesday for the upcoming fiscal year starting in July. 

U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff joined officials in metro Atlanta's Clayton County Monday to announce half a million dollars in federal funding for construction of more affordable housing units.

The Atlanta City Council voted on two pieces of legislation that could put up to $15 million towards completing parts of the city’s beltline trail before the World Cup in the summer of 2026.
